Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I~III 2. Age 3~18 years old 3. The type of scoliosis is congenital or idiopathic 4. Duration of operation>=2h 5. Be aware of the purpose and content of this study and sign the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of cervical spondylosis 2. Have congenital carotid artery vascular disease (congenital stenosis or malformation) 3. Accompanied by diseases of the central nervous system 4. T3 and above scoliosis
