9 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 9 and 40 years; (2) Onset of nystagmus within 6 months after birth; (3) Nystagmus waveform primarily horizontal pendular or horizontal jerk type; (4) No history of central nervous system diseases or brain trauma; (5) No history of central acting drug use; (6) Willing and able to cooperate with eye movement measurements and other ophthalmic examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with poor quality of eye movement data due to factors such as pupil occlusion, excessively high refractive correction glasses, etc.; (2) Those who refuse to sign the written informed consent or are unable to comply with the training and follow-up requirements.
