Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Symptoms of lower limb ischemia occurred within 14 days. 2.The age of onset was > 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ALI due to trauma. 2.Patients with ALI treated with medical therapy alone. 3.Patients with ambiguous data. 4.Patients with inevitable amputation due to ischemic limb necrosis.
