Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Postmenopausal women and men over the age of 50 who meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures; (2) Patients with fractures within 6 weeks who have undergone PKP/PVP surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Fractures caused by bone tumors and those with nerve compression due to fractures; (2) Individuals with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases, or malignant tumors; (3) Patients with poor compliance, or those who are unwilling to cooperate with the treatment, either the patient or their family members; (4) Patients cannot leave bed within 24 hours after surgery.
