Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation according to imaging data and symptoms, low back pain with radiating pain in unilateral lower limbs or both lower limbs, positive straight leg elevation test or femoral nerve traction test; 2. Severe impact on life or work, and the pain in the lower back cannot be relieved after conservative treatment >=3 months; 3. The patient has complete clinical data; 4. Age > 18 years and < 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar spine tumors, history of low back pain caused by fractures or structural deformities and other reasons; 2. History of previous lumbar spine surgery; 3. Have not completed a follow-up period of at least 1 year.
