Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, patients aged 18-65 years old, with a BMI of 18.5-30kg/m2 and an American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) rating of I-II, who were selected to undergo modified radical surgery for breast cancer under general anesthesia, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension, arrhythmia, liver and kidney dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension, recent use of analgesics, long-term use of sleeping pills, history of chronic pain, pregnancy, lactation, history of alcohol and/or drug abuse, severe sensory organ defects (such as visual or hearing impairment) or inability to communicate normally, comorbid mental illness, and refusal to participate in this study.
