Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; (2) Age>=18 years; (3) mRS =2b); (6) Multimodal MRI examination was performed within 24-72 hours after EVT; (7) At least one cranial NCCT examination was performed 72 hours after EVT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, or intracranial tumor confirmed by the first CT or MRI; (2) DSA-confirmed mTICI prior to EVT >=2b; (3) Life expectancy of less than 90 days due to malignant tumors, severe liver/kidney diseases, etc.; (4) Lack of complete imaging and clinical data.
