Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All primiparas with singleton pregnancy who received antenatal care, aged > = 18 years; 2. Participate in group-organized maternal and child health care outpatient services; 3. Able to talk freely and complete the questionnaire independently; 4. Voluntarily participated in this study with high enthusiasm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Absence of outpatient courses>=3 times; 2. no delivery in our hospital; 3.those with severe pregnancy complications or complications who could not cooperate with the investigation.
