Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with histopathologically confirmed first diagnosis of squamous carcinoma of the head and neck without distant metastases at the time of initial diagnosis and without history of previous treatment; 2.Have preoperative CBCT or spiral CT, MRI with good image quality and no artefactual interference; 3.A more detailed clinical history and laboratory results with complete data on overall and disease-free survival are available;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent malignancy or previous anticancer therapy; 2.Missing data or poor quality images; 3.Missing or incomplete clinical follow-up data;
