Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic HBV or HIV infection and patients who are positive for new coronavirus nucleic acid
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Younger than 15 years old or older than 80 years old; (2) pregnant women; (3) Liver cancer or other malignant tumors found in post-admission examination or before admission; (4) Presence of severe chronic diseases of extrahepatic organs: (5) COPD complicated with respiratory failure; (6) Coronary heart disease cardiac function grade 3; (7) Myocardial infarction within 3 months before admission; (8) Serious complications of diabetes mellitus (damage to the heart, brain, kidneys, eyes, feet, etc.); (9) Uremia phase of chronic kidney disease; (10) Active phase of connective tissue disease; (11) Have used immunosuppressants or hormones in the past 1 year.
