Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of cirrhosis was in accordance with the 2019 edition of the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of cirrhosis, with no restrictions on gender and etiology; 2. Age: 18 ~ 70 years old; 3. The Child-Pugh classification of patients with cirrhosis was grade B, and the TbiL was less than 100µmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with chronic glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, etc., urine routine urine protein greater than 2+; 2. Patients with grade II and above hepatic encephalopathy, coma, shock, acute stage of gastrointestinal bleeding, malignant tumors such as liver cancer, and renal failure; 3. Patients who had been injected with compound amino acid injection and branched-chain amino acid 1 week before admission; 4. Refuse to sign informed consent.
