Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients were admitted within 72 hours after the onset of symptoms, and blood samples were obtained within 72 hours of symptom onset; 2.All patients met the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke and had corresponding cranial MRI or cranial CT evidence consistent with their symptoms; 3.Age>=18 years; 4.The patient or their family provided written consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concomitant severe inflammatory or infectious disease; 2.Patients with concomitant severe cardiac, liver, or renal dysfunction; 3.A history of prior stroke or a pre-onset mRS score exceeding 1; 4.The time from symptom onset to discharge was less than 7 days; 5.Patients lost to follow-up.
