45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Spontaneous amenorrhea for 12 months; Six weeks after bilateral oophorectomy, with or without hysterectomy; Spontaneous amenorrhea for 6 months, with serum FSH > 40 mIU/mL. In postmenopausal women who meet the above criteria, those who experience symptoms such as vulvovaginal burning, dryness, and dyspareunia, and for whom estrogen therapy is contraindicated or should be used with caution due to personal medical reasons, are candidates for fractional laser therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Laser allergy; 2. History of vulvar or vaginal surgery; 3. Other vulvar or vaginal diseases; 4.Currently using vaginal hormone therapy or vaginal moisturizers; 5. Undiagnosed vaginal bleeding.
