Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chinese individuals who had participated in our HKMMSOP study and had previously given us written informed consent for contact regarding future studies will be invited to participate in this study. For those who are no longer mentally fit to give consent, written informed consent will be sought from their next-of-kin or legal guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who had not participated in our HKMMSOP previously will not be recruited into this study.
