Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=18 years; (2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2022 Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease guidelines, i.e., a forced respiratory volume/forced vital capacity ratio (FEV1/FVC) of <70% at 1 second after the use of bronchodilators, and exclude other causes of airflow limitation; (3) Those who are sober and have no barriers to communication; (4) Informed consent, voluntary and able to cooperate with the completion of relevant investigations and assessments; (5) Patients who meet all of the above conditions are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other severe lung diseases other than COPD (severe bronchiectasis, lung cancer, history of cystic pulmonary fibrosis, known active tuberculosis, severe emphysema requiring endobronchial intervention within 6 months prior to screening); 2. Serious diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney or other organs; 3. Patients with language impairment, cognitive impairment and consciousness impairment (unable to understand or sign questionnaires and other forms); 4. Patients with any of the above are excluded.
