65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prone lumbar surgery patients with lumbar spinal stenosis under elective general anesthesia:(1) Gender is not limited; (2) ASA grade I~ III; (3) 65-80 years old;(4) The patient's clinical condition was stable (no obvious acute respiratory disease in the 4 weeks before the study).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious heart, brain, kidney and other systemic diseases; (2) Asthma, moderate and severe ventilation dysfunction; (3) Neuromuscular diseases; (4) BMI >=28kg/m^2; (5) Patients undergoing surgical treatment again after surgery; (6) Patients with a history of intrathoracic surgery; (7) Patients with thoracic and spinal malformations; (8) Patients who also participate in other interventional therapy; (9) Patients or family members are difficult to cooperate or refuse to sign the informed consent.
