Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of diabetes is clear; 2. Foot ulcer formation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of antibiotic use, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, vascular occlusion, severe lower extremity vascular lesions (ABI less than 0.6), pregnancy, autoimmune disease, skin allergy, hematological disorders, mental disorders, hormonal or intravenous drug addiction.
