Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <=18 years old. 2. to perform open retroperitoneal neuroblastoma resection. 3. Parental or guardian's permission (signed informed consent).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with intraoperative diaphragmatic rupture. (Physical factors leading to pleural effusion) 2. those who used perioperative magnesium ionizing agents. (exogenous magnesium ionizing agents are excluded) 3. those who present with non-surgical related pleural effusion.
