18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was unilateral persistent venous throbbing tinnitus; 2. sinus sinus dominant tinnitus; 3. Transverse sinus stenosis and bone wall defect of ipsilateral sigmoid sinus diverticulum/sigmoid groove were found on the affected side. 4. The tinnitus of tinnitus was successfully eliminated by stent implantation of narrow segment without treatment of sigmoid diverticulum and sigmoid groove bone wall defect; 5. The clinical otoscopy was normal, and the hearing was normal (less than 20dBHL); 6. No contraindications of CT examination and interventional therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. tinnitus caused by other reasons; 2. The influence of thin venous sinus, thrombosis or irregular lumen shape on the affected side; 3. There are contraindications of DSA venous sinus manometry and CT examination.
