Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, age >18 years old, whether male or female; 2. Preoperative symptoms were lumbago combined with radiative pain of lower limbs, and strict conservative treatment was ineffective for 3 months; 3. Preoperative CT and MRI of lumbar spine showed that lumbar disc herniation compressed the nerve. 4. Willing to accept follow-up visits and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with spinal infection, fracture, tumor, etc.; 2. Patients with inconsistent preoperative symptoms, signs and imaging findings; 3. only leg pain symptoms, no lumbar pain discomfort symptoms; 4. Preoperative imaging examination suggested lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar instability and other manifestations; 5. Surgical contraindications exist;
