Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Renal tumor patients with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus who received preoperative drug treatment and are scheduled for surgical treatment at our hospital; (2) Patients aged between 18 and 75 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative drug treatment duration less than 1 month; (2) Irregular preoperative drug treatment; (3) Previous treatments other than drug therapy prior to surgery; (4) History of surgery on the affected kidney; (5) Abdominal surgery history resulting in intra-abdominal adhesions; (6) Congenital or acquired solitary kidney; (7) Coexisting malignant tumors in other systems.
