Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Chemotherapy patients diagnosed with malignant tumors through pathology; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.Patients who are eligible for single drug therapy and/or combination therapy with anti PD-1 inhibitors; 4.No previous history of inflammation or severe autoimmune diseases in the same affected organs;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are clear serious heart and lung diseases, autoimmune diseases, and immunodeficiency diseases; 2.Severe illness or death during hospitalization; 3.Non PD-1/PD-L1 monotherapy and/or combination therapy; 4.Have a history of taking vitamin D and related products, calcium supplements, and hormones orally in the past 6 months;
