Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The incidence of atelectasis after surgery;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Cardiac function was evaluated 1 hour after operation;Intraoperative respiratory mechanics (plateau pressure, peak airway pressure, mean airway pressure, lung compliance, mechanical power);Intraoperative EIT parameters (ROI%, RVD, COV, GI);Incidence of hypoxemia at 1 hour after surgery;Lung ultrasound score at 1 hour after surgery;Intraoperative hemodynamic parameters (MAP, HR);Intraoperative blood gas analysis;Incidence of PPCs 7 days after surgery;Simplified clinical pulmonary infection score,sCPIS;Serum inflammatory factors: IL-6, TNF-a, hs-CRP;
