Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 12~ 60 years old; 2.Patients with normal cognitive function assessment (score >= 90 on the Wechsler Intelligence Test); 3.Enrollment was based on patients who met the diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV (DSM-IV) and were diagnosed with depressive disorder; 4.Baseline status at enrollment HAMD-24 score >= 35; 5.Understand the research content and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With major physical diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, intracranial space-occupying diseases, intracranial hypertension, severe respiratory diseases and serious trauma, fractures, infectious diseases, etc; 2.Metallic foreign bodies or special implants in the body, such as pacemakers or intracranial electrodes; 3.History of convulsions; 4.History of psychoactive substance abuse or dependence; 5.At the same time, combined diagnosis of other psychiatric diseases, such as organic mental disorders, schizophrenia, loneliness spectrum disorder, etc; 6.The family member does not agree to MECT treatment or the doctor in charge does not consider it suitable for MECT treatment from a therapeutic perspective; 7.Patients treated with repetitive transcranial magnetism;
