Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age =18 years 2: ECOG =2 3: The diagnosis of pancreatic malignant tumor was confirmed by histology or cytology 4: Has the pancreatic tumor radiotherapy indication 5: Blood routine test and liver and kidney function meet the conditions for radiotherapy 6: Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Medical/psychological contraindications for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) 2: The patient's physical condition makes it difficult to complete the process of MRI-guided radiotherapy 3: The area to be irradiated in this radiotherapy session has previously undergone radiotherapy 4: The patient is currently participating in other clinical studies that may impact the results of this study (determined by the principal investigator) 5: Severe illnesses that may significantly affect compliance with the clinical trial, such as unstable heart disease requiring treatment, renal disease, chronic hepatitis, uncontrolled diabetes, mental illness, etc. 6: Other situations deemed unsuitable for participation in this clinical study by the investigator
