Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the normal group: (1) age is 6-18 years old; (2) no significant alcohol intake (alcohol intake > 140 g/week for men and 70 g/week for women>); (3) those who do not have other chronic liver diseases, such as viral hepatitis, drug-induced, autoimmune liver diseases and other specific diseases that cause chronic fat deposition in the liver;(4) no history of biliary tract disease of any type or other liver lesions of the liver; (5) no history of major organ disease. (6) informed consent. 2.Case group inclusion criteria: (1) age 6-18 years; (2) children diagnosed with NAFLD according to clinical diagnostic criteria; (3) no significant alcohol intake (alcohol intake > 140 g/week for men and 70 g/week for women>); (4) those who do not have other chronic liver diseases, such as viral hepatitis, drug-induced, autoimmune liver diseases and other specific diseases that cause chronic fat deposition in the liver; (5) no history of biliary tract disease of any type or other liver lesions of the liver; (6) no history of major organ disease. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for normal group: (1) children diagnosed as obese according to the Chinese diagnostic criteria for childhood obesity; (2) UDFF or E measurement failure; (3) patients with biliary mass or liver tumor found by ultrasound; (4) children with abnormal liver function; (5) those who have incomplete information or are unable to cooperate with the investigation. 2.Case group exclusion criteria: (1) UDFF or E measurement failure; (2) patients with biliary mass or liver tumor found by ultrasound; (3) those who have incomplete information or are unable to cooperate with the investigation.
