20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Informed consent of the patient;20 years for patients with preoperative radiographic assessment of clinical staging (T0-1, N0-1a, M0); 4.The patient underwent unilateral lobectomy of the thyroid gland with isthmus of thyroid gland resection and central lymph node dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nasopharyngeal carcinoma, oropharyngeal carcinoma, reflux esophagitis and other voice related diseases; 2.History of upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks; 3.History of upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks; 4.Planning to have the thyroid gland removed again.
