Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ages 15-90, gender not specified. 2.Patients with AML confirmed by bone marrow smear and bone marrow cell flow cytometry immunophenotyping; 3.All diagnosed AML patients underwent gene second-generation sequencing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with poor compliance or missing follow-up data; 2.Unable to perform the 2022 ELN risk stratification for; 3.Patients deemed ineligible for participation in this study by the investigator;
