Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who have a history of heavy drinking (the standard for heavy drinking is attached), who still have heavy drinking in the past week, and who have no alcohol abstinence plan within 1 month. Those who have a history of heavy drinking, but are currently admitted to the hospital due to alcohol dependence or alcohol use disorder, and are still in the treatment period. CDC definition of heavy alcohol consumption: male: more than 15 standard drink units in a week; Female: Consumes more than 8 standard beverage units in a week. 1 standard drink unit here is approximately equal to 14 grams of pure alcohol, which is equivalent to: 360mml of beer (about 5% alcohol), 150ml of wine (about 12% alcohol) or 45ml of liquor (about 40% alcohol). 2. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) test score is greater than 13 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with past or current infectious diseases; 2. Past and present serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, etc.; 3. Allergy to substances used in the test, such as beetroot.
