Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for migraine without aura selected and formulated in this clinical study; 2.The enrolled patients are between 18 and 65 years old, the first onset of migraine is <=50 years old, and have not yet received treatment or their condition has not improved significantly after treatment; 3.migraine attacks in the past 12 weeks; 4.At least one migraine attack per month on average; 5.without serious dysfunction of heart, brain, liver and kidney function; 6.No metal in the body, meets the requirements of cranial MRI examination, and no claustrophobia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-primary headache, which is one of the symptoms of other diseases or headache secondary to other diseases, such as post-traumatic headache, cerebral infarction, hypertensive headache and other brain trauma and intracranial organic lesions; 2.Have taken oral or topical migraine-related medications within 1 week, or have a history of drug abuse; 3.With severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, digestive and hematopoietic systems, and tumors, somatization disorders, or mental disorders; 4.Pregnant, lactating women and women preparing for pregnancy.
