Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18.5 =< BMI < 24; 2) 18 =< Age =< 45 years; 3) Physically and mentally healthy; 4) The participant and their immediate family fully understand the informed consent form, agree to participate in the study, and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who meet any of the following exclusion criteria will not be eligible for this study: 1) Individuals diagnosed with metabolic-related underlying diseases, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, etc.; 2) Individuals with conditions that may cause metabolic disorders, such as Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, polycystic ovary syndrome, hypothalamic-pituitary disorders, insulinoma, etc.; 3) Individuals on long-term use of hormones or other medications that may affect metabolism; 4) Individuals with alcohol abuse (weekly alcohol consumption exceeding 14 units: 1 unit = 360 mL of beer, 45 mL of spirits with 40% alcohol, or 150 mL of wine); 5) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, women planning to conceive during the study period (12 months), and women at high risk of pregnancy who are not using any contraceptive measures; 6) Individuals with any other medical history deemed by the researchers to potentially prevent compliance with or completion of the study protocol, such as liver or kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, mental disorders, or other severe illnesses; 7) Individuals or their immediate family members who are unable to understand or sign the informed consent form; 8) Individuals allergic to vitamin A; 9) Individuals taking medications that affect metabolism; 10) Individuals who have experienced high-temperature heatwave conditions within the past three months.
