Age
18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 35 years. Pre-pregnancy BMI between 18 kg/m² and 24 kg/m². Primiparous women who have undergone vaginal delivery. Within 3 days postpartum.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled hypertension, thyroid disorders, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, pulmonary diseases, and severe gastrointestinal disorders. Severe postpartum anemia, postpartum hemorrhage, severe perineal tears, and pubic symphysis separation. Severe mental illnesses; history of mood and anxiety disorders in the past three months.
