Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Resident >= 18 years of age; 2.Conscious and able to communicate normally; 3.High-risk stroke population in accordance with the comprehensive intervention screening table for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease risk factors in community and township population; 4.Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from mental illness or serious heart, liver and kidney disease; 2.Is participating in other similar research;
