Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Hospitalized patients in intensive care unit; (2) Age >=18 years old, gender is not limited; (3) Receiving non-invasive oxygen therapy (including: nasal catheter oxygen, mask oxygen, nasal high flow oxygen, non-invasive ventilator, tracheotomy mask oxygen, tracheotomy venturi oxygen); (4) Patients or family members sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant patients; (2) The subject has participated in another study that may interfere with this study
