Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Repeated pain in the joint knee for nearly one month; (2) The X- ray (flat or load position) indicates the narrowing of the joint, the hardening of the bone and the cystic change of the cartilage, and the formation of the joint. (3) Age limit: age >= 50 years and age <= 85 years , either sex; (4) The weight index (BMI) limit: 18<= BMI<= 35. (5) Fit with the uka surgical indications; (6) Agree to accept the use of the UKA surgery (by a senior professional professional officer, with a unified, standardized UKA technology, and the use of the same manufacturer); (7) Promise to be able to cooperate with specific treatment: the time review and the unified formal rehabilitation exercise.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Primary osteoarthritis with lateral intercompartment involvement of the knee or severe degeneration of the patellofemoral joint; (2) Flexion contracture >= 15 degrees; (3) Varus deformity >= 15 degrees or MPTA = 5mm; (5) Chronic diseases affecting normal walking, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cervical and lumbar vertebrae diseases and lower extremity arteriovenous diseases; (6) Rheumatoid arthritis, bone tumor or Paget disease
