Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of primary ITP; 2) Age>=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary ITP; 2) Concurrent pregnancy; 3) Patients with other hematologic disorders (e.g., abnormal platelet aggregation, Evans syndrome, and non-immune or hereditary thrombocytopenia).
