Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. mother registered with our hospital and underwent regular prenatal check ups 2.37 weeks = gestational age<42 weeks, singleton 3. Born via vaginal delivery or cesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge chromosomal abnormalities, genetic metabolic diseases, congenital malformations, etc Those who were transferred to the NICU due to other illnesses after their second birthday 3. Mother with severe heart, lung, kidney, liver disease or diabetes diagnosed before pregnancy 4. General anesthesia for cesarean section 5. Incomplete clinical medical records of mother and baby
