Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Hemodialysis treatment for 3 times a week, stable hemodialysis for more than 3 months; 3. Meets the diagnosis of renal anemia (adults living at sea level, Hb<130 g/L in males, Hb<120 g/L in non-pregnant females, Hb<110 g/L in pregnant females, anemia caused by other diseases is excluded); 4. Patients with hemoglobin < 110g/L and need anemia correction therapy; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. People with uncontrolled high blood pressure; 3. ALT and AST increases were more than 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal value, and total bilirubin increases were more than 2 times higher than the upper limit of normal value; 4. Have any other anemia due to diseases other than CKD; 5. hematological diseases, tumors, chemotherapy related, etc.; Severe heart failure, liver failure; 6. Active or severe infection; 7. Hemoglobin was not followed up regularly after treatment.
