12 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged between 12 and 19 years; (2) Right-handed; (3) Meet the criteria of ICD-11 depression; (4) Have received >6 years of formal education; (5) 24-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD-24) score >=8 points at baseline; (6) The antidepressants taken during the study period were selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors; (7) Provide voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of mental illness or mania; (2) It may be difficult to conclusively determine that depressive symptoms are the result of depression and not another condition (e.g., substance abuse or related medical conditions, including a history of epilepsy and abnormal EEG); (3) Combined with serious or unstable medical conditions (4) a history of neurological disease or brain trauma; (5) The researcher believes that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for participation in this study.
