Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The duration of ICU stay was expected to be >=5 days after enrollment; 2.Patients requiring enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube; 3. Age>=18 years old, gender is not limited; 4. With enteral nutritional indications, the nutritional risk screening score was 3-7 points. 5. Patients voluntarily or their families agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent letter.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The primary disease is gastrointestinal disease, such as gastrointestinal ulcer, atrophic gastritis, gastric cancer, etc. 2. Gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Patients with malignant tumors, end-stage patients, extremely severe craniocerebral injury, poor prognosis or possible death in the short term; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients or their families do not agree to sign the test consent letter.
