Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Stroke diagnosis and treatment guidelines written by Chinese Society of Neurology, and were diagnosed as ischemic stroke by head CT or MRI; 2. Age of 18-59 years old; 3. first diagnosis; 4. no obvious cognitive dysfunction, clear consciousness can cooperate to complete the examination and investigation; 5. informed consent and willingness to cooperate with this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of brain organic disease or injury, combined with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ failure; 2. mental illness or mental illness before admission; 3. dropouts;
