Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This retrospective study included patients who underwent fecal microbiota transplantation at research centers such as Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Beijing Sixth Hospital, and Wuhan Puren Hospital from January 2020 to August 2024, with donor-recipient matching conducted prior to transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior to fecal microbiota transplantation, standard bacterial suspensions were not subjected to donor-recipient matching.
