Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) When the gestational age is less than 37 weeks, the pregnant woman feels that there is a lot of fluid flowing out of the vagina; vaginal speculum examination shows the accumulation of amniotic fluid in the posterior vaginal fornix or the amniotic fluid flowing out of the cervix. 2) When a small amount of vaginal fluid, obstetric examination and speculum examination cannot clearly diagnose or exclude pPROM, the following auxiliary examinations are used as diagnostic criteria: vaginal fluid pH >= 6.5 after excluding blood and urine and/or posterior vaginal fornix The secretion test for insulin-like growth factor was positive.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude high-risk factors that cause PROM other than vaginal inflammation or may interfere with the test results: pregnant women with vaginal bleeding, trauma, cervical insufficiency, multiple pregnancy, systemic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, and serious medical and surgical complications. Sexual intercourse, vaginal disinfection, vaginal medication, systemic or vaginal antibiotics within 48 hours.
