Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with diabetes type 2 for at least 6 months; 2. Have the ability to communicate in Chinese; 3. Age: 60-69 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have serious complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), hypertonic hyperglycemia syndrome (HHS), hypoglycemic coma, and lactic acidosis.
