Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ordinary personnel with dry eye disease, corrected diopter =1.0, and no long-term history of wearing contact lenses; 2.Aircrew with dry eye, flight time >=5 years, corrected diopter = 5 years, the preoperative diopter was <= -5D (equivalent spherical lens SE), the best corrected visual acuity was = 1.0, and there was no long-term history of wearing contact lenses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.People with other eye diseases and systemic diseases (such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, Parkinson's disease Stevens Johnson syndrome, mucosal pemphigus, etc; 2.Individuals with a history of previous intraocular surgery; 3.Pregnant, lactating, or menopausal individuals.
