18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range of 18-80 years old, gender not limited; 2. BMI 18.5~32.5 kg/m^2; 3. Elective unilateral total hip replacement surgery; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 5. Understand and voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe insufficiency of vital organs; 2. Contraindications to nerve blocks; 3. Communication gap; 4. Allergy to the study drug; 5. History of chronic opioid usage; 6. Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within the past 3 months; 7. Other situations that the researcher deems inappropriate to participate in this experiment.
