Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 2018 to September 2024, paraffin block specimens of leaf shaped tumors were surgically removed, including (benign, borderline, malignant). 2. All HE sections of experimental patients were diagnosed according to the 5th edition of WHO breast pathology criteria for lobular tumors. 3. There is no age limit for patients, and the content of this project includes studying the correlation between the grading of leaf shaped tumors and patient age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The wax block of the experimental patient is the puncture specimen. 2. All HE slices of experimental patients were blindly evaluated by three deputy chief physicians. If there are two or more inconsistent results and a unified diagnostic opinion cannot be reached after re examination.
