Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients >= 18 years old; 2.The patients met the diagnostic criteria of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China in 2019, and acute stroke lesions were confirmed by head CT or MRI. 3.National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score <= 5 points at admission; 4.Patients gave informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe mental illness, impaired cognitive function and inability to cooperate with investigators; 2.Those who do not know how to use smartphones; 3.Have participated in relevant researchers.
