Gastric cancer

Interventions

Control group:A total of 20 ml of 0.33% ropivacaine + saline on each side
Experimental group1:A total of 20 ml of 0.33% ropivacaine + 10% magnesium sulfate 150 mg per side
Experimental group2:A total of 20 ml of 0.33% ropivacaine + 10% magnesium sulfate 250 mg per side
Experimental group3:A total of 20 ml of 0.33% ropivacaine + 10% magnesium sulfate 500 mg per side

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of gastric cancer with elective surgery; 2.ASA: Grade I-III; 3.BMI 18-30kg/m^2 .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to any of the drugs used in the study; 2.Severe coagulation disorders; 3.Infection at the puncture site; 4.Hepatic or renal insufficiency, severe cardiac, cerebral or pulmonary disease; 5.History of chronic pain, long-term use of opioids or NSAIDs; 6.Inability to cooperate with the observation index score.
