Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU inpatients with ARDS; 2. Age >= 18, no gender restrictions; 3. Invasive mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours; 4. The patient or their family members voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was already in the intensive care unit before the start of the study period; 2. Simultaneously participating or planning to participate in other clinical trials.
